Reviews:

Readers are drawn to Skyshade for its dramatic fantasy world, complicated relationships and emotional tension between Isla, Grim and Elias. The story explores love, loyalty, sacrifice and identity while delivering magical conflicts, shifting alliances and revelations that challenge the characters' understanding of one another. Romance remains central, with yearning, jealousy and relationship drama taking priority over explicit sexual content. As the concluding book in the Lightlark series, it is best enjoyed after reading the previous instalments, which establish the characters, relationships and larger mysteries. Fans of romantasy, love triangles, immortal love interests, magical kingdoms and emotionally charged fantasy romance may particularly enjoy this instalment.
