Hideaway

🌶️ Spice Level: 8/10
Description:
Kai Mori has spent years searching for the truth behind the mysterious abandoned hotel known as The Pope. But the answers he needs may lie with Banks, the guarded young woman who has always kept her secrets close. Banks knows more about the hotel than she lets on, and she has no intention of revealing what she knows — especially to Kai, the man who makes her feel things she refuses to acknowledge. When Kai returns after spending three years in prison, he is more dangerous, more determined and more willing to play dirty than ever before. As their paths become increasingly entangled, a tense battle of wills develops into an irresistible attraction neither can easily escape. But with buried secrets, twisted games and a mystery lurking behind every locked door, trusting each other could be the most dangerous risk of all. Dark, suspenseful and charged with forbidden desire, Hideaway is a gripping romance about obsession, revenge and the secrets that can bind two people together.
Reviews:
Readers praise Hideaway for its dark atmosphere, intriguing mystery and intense chemistry between Kai and Banks. The abandoned hotel setting adds a gothic edge, while the slow-building romance and complicated character dynamics create plenty of tension. Fans of the Devil’s Night series enjoy the mix of suspense, morally grey characters and emotional angst, although the disturbing themes and toxic dynamics may not suit every reader.
