Enchantra

🌶️ Spice Level: 7.5/10

Description:
When Genevieve Grimm receives an invitation to a mysterious palace in Italy, she expects answers about her family — not to become trapped inside a cursed mansion where seven immortal siblings are forced to compete in a deadly game. With no way out and survival depending on winning the twisted Hunt, Genevieve finds herself forced into an unlikely alliance with Rowin Silver, the cold, dangerous and sinfully attractive shadow wraith who initially wanted nothing to do with her. Their only chance of surviving the game is to convince their demonic audience that they are desperately in love, turning their marriage of convenience into a dangerous game of its own. But as fake affection begins to become very real, Genevieve and Rowin struggle to separate their growing desire from the secrets and betrayals surrounding them. With enemies-to-lovers tension, forced proximity, marriage of convenience, fake dating, a morally grey hero, demons, deadly games, gothic fantasy and plenty of heat, Enchantra is a dark and atmospheric romantasy filled with danger, banter and intense chemistry.

Reviews:
Readers particularly love the chemistry between Genevieve and Rowin, with their enemies-to-lovers dynamic, banter and gradual emotional connection being some of the book's biggest strengths. Rowin's cold, possessive and protective personality makes him a popular romantic lead, while Genevieve is praised for being stubborn, confident and capable rather than simply waiting to be rescued. The book contains multiple explicit open-door scenes, with five main spicy scenes alongside plenty of sexual tension and attraction, making the romance noticeably steamy without allowing the spice to completely take over the fantasy plot. The gothic Italian setting, deadly games, dysfunctional Silver family and supernatural elements also received plenty of praise, with several readers enjoying Enchantra even more than Phantasma. Overall, it's a great choice for readers who want a genuinely spicy romantasy with enemies-to-lovers tension, fake marriage, a possessive morally grey hero and a strong fantasy storyline, rather than a book that is primarily erotica.
