Returns and refunds

We hope you love your order. But if you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. So, to be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition. But the return postage costs, that’s the responsibility of the customer. 

If the item arrives damaged or is wrong, let us know within 48 hours. And we’ll sort that out for you at no extra cost. Then once the return is received and checked, we’ll process the approved refund, back to your original payment method we will process this in 14 days.
